Ahlen wa Sahlen.. Welcome.. Salamat Datang

Anyone and Everyone: I know that random people may read this blog and you are more than welcome, as you can see I welcomed you in Arabic, English, and Malay. Other than to entertain you, this blog is a diary to my daughter, Safiyah. I will dedicate every post to her, with the intention of letting her know the things I want her to know.. as she won’t really understand what I’m saying right now since she is only 5 months old. I know that I, as well as most people I know, would have loved to hear what our parents had to say to us when we were infants, because life happens and things change and we get habituated into our responses to each other –so before that happens, I want to be able to give my baby a piece of me right now, when I am a fresh mother of only a few months.. I have dreams of my own and dreams for my child and future children (insha’allah). I hope that she will read this when she is older, and I hope that it will benefit her in a positive way. None of us know where we will be or even IF we will be in a day to come.. so its important that I start writing now.
